SHIPPING POLICY

How It Works

All prints are made-to-order and custom printed after you place your order. This ensures you receive a fresh, high-quality print made just for you.

Delivery Timeline

Total delivery time = Production + Shipping

- Production: 2-3 business days (printing and quality check)
- Shipping: Choose your speed at checkout

Shipping Options (US Only)

We currently ship within the United States only.

Economy Shipping (7-11 business days total)
- FREE on orders $50 and up
- $4.90 on orders under $50
- 2-3 days production + 5-8 days shipping

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days total)
- $6.90 flat rate
- 2-3 days production + 3-4 days shipping

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your print ships (typically 2-3 business days after ordering). If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days, please contact us at johnmike@theshapesofstories.com.

Processing Time

Orders are sent to production within 24 hours. Once in production, orders cannot be cancelled.

Delivery Issues

  If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at johnmike@theshapesofstories.com with your order number and we'll help track it down.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.
