REFUND POLICY


Our Commitment


We want you to love your print. If something goes wrong, we'll make it right.

Returns & Exchanges


Because each print is custom made-to-order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing expectations, or color differences (please note: colors may appear slightly different on screen vs. print).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items


If your print arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, we'll send you a replacement at no cost.

To request a replacement:
1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at johnmike@theshapesofstories.com
2. Include your order number and photos of the issue
3. We'll review and send a replacement if the issue is on our end

We'll replace items that are:
- Damaged during shipping
- Printed incorrectly (wrong design, blurry, misprinted)
- Defective (paper defects, printing errors)

Lost or Stolen Packages


Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend tracking your shipment and arranging for secure delivery if you won't be home.

Processing Refunds


Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
